What is included in the DeliPack?
DeliPack is the core of our software. It offers a user-friendly Point of Sale (POS) system, unique Guest Engagement features, and a comprehensive Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution to fully and effectively manage your restaurant business. With DeliPack, you can enjoy full functionality with just one user.
What is an Extra App?
An app is a collection of tools that cater to the specific needs of users. The Accounting app is a very complex and useful tool that may not be required by everyone. Similarly, you might need the Nutritional Values Calculator app only if you work with complex recipes and require help in automatically calculating the nutritional values of the product based on the values of the ingredients. We understand that you don't want to overload your system or budget with unnecessary tools unless you genuinely make use of them.
What are Payment Processing fees?
We have integrated DeliPal with Viva Wallet to process your card payments quickly and accurately. This means you can send the order amount to the card reader or a waiter's mobile device with just one click, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free payment process. Additionally, your guests can pay for their order directly from their mobile phones, saving time for your waiters. Our service fee is a small percentage of the order amount, and you will need to negotiate and sign a payment processing contract directly with Viva Wallet.
What is the difference between Training Services and Implementation Services?
Our software is designed to be user-friendly, but it offers a complete business management solution. To help you make the most out of its vast set of tools, we have prepared detailed documentation. However, depending on the complexity of your business, you might need professional advice on how to use or configure your system. If you need help using it, our Customer Support team can provide training services. On the other hand, if you need help configuring the various modules in the system to make your work easier and automate your processes, our Business Consultants will analyze your specific workflows and recommend the optimal way to configure DeliPal.
Is Customer Support really free?
Yes, our customer support service is completely free of charge. We understand that the restaurant business can be stressful, and mistakes can happen after the first order is placed. That's why our team is available seven days a week from 8:00 AM to 12:00 AM to promptly assist you with any errors you may encounter while using our software. However, please note that if you require professional advice to configure or use our tools, these services fall under our Business Analyst Services and will be charged accordingly.
What is included in the Point of Sale Setup fee?
Point of Sale is the main tool for a restaurant. Whether you use a single PoS station or multiple stations with mobile devices and order monitors, we can assist you in configuring them quickly and efficiently. We recommend a minimum of 5 hours of training to ensure your location manager can create products and your waitstaff can start selling. We provide training services as part of our package to help you get started. For the hardware setup, you will need a network administrator. Our team can advise them on how to configure your network for optimal stability.
